It’s been a crazy few weeks with the low rates and Hurricane Irene, but glad to send a new weekly update with more historically low rates!  Rates are attached and below.  Also, there are some important new changes coming to the USDA Rural Development program.  USDA-RD is one of the only 100% financing options left for buyers, and it’s still a great source going forward, but there will be changes coming for applications not yet approved by USDA before October 1st.  You can read about the changes by clicking here à USDA PROGRAM CHANGES
